Hello, welcome here! My name is Amee. Academically, I hold a Masters of Law in Arbitration & Dispute Resolution from The University of Hong Kong, a 40hr Mediation Training from the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited, and eligibility to qualify as Chartered Arbitrator from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. I am also a non-practising Advocate but enrolled with the Bar Council in India and qualified as an Associate Company Secretary with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. At this present time, I choose to practice as a Conflict Management Professional & as a Private Mediator.
Dialogue den as a concept is my dear attempt to reciprocate in what I believe together with my life principles. I am passionate about building collaborative dialogues and leveraging amicability to create a non-adversarial conflict resolving environment. It is further through these non-adversarial environments, I am advocating for mediation to be chosen as the first step to confront the differences, disagreements, legal or non-legal disputes or any other type of conflicts occurring whether within the family, at the workplace, or in business affairs.
In addition to a mindful choice of non-adversarial conflict resolving methods and bringing in a mediator with an aim to facilitate a mutual dialogue as the first step to resolve conflicts – every individual, entrepreneur, employer, and other key-managerial personnel involved in building a corporate organisation should consider pre-planning their entire conflict management model. A pre-planned conflict management model will ensure the possibility at the very first place – of potential open doors to develop collaborative dialogues to confront the conflicts when the time demands.
